The facilities, service, and atmosphere are incredible!

I needed a place to stay near the makeup shop the day before our honeymoon, so I hurriedly booked this hotel. The female front desk staff was very, very kind. The rooftop bar is a bit pricey, but the view of the baseball stadium where you can clearly hear the crowd and Lotte Tower was truly amazing. COEX is also right nearby, so I totally recommend it.

Aside from a bit of inconvenience due to construction in front, the accommodation itself was fine. They also provided a separate parking space for us, which was nice.

The staff were very friendly. The room condition was good too.

I arrived early, and they guided me to a room that could be checked in much earlier than the official check-in time. They were so kind and considerate—thank you. Thanks to them I was able to rest comfortably.

We use this place whenever my kids and I travel to Seoul from the provinces. The bedding and bathroom are very clean. The breakfast is also delicious~^^

The breakfast here is delicious haha. The room was fine and I used it at a good price. Heading to round two, let's go~~~!!!
