The always-kind landlady makes sure you are comfortable and responds sincerely so you can rest comfortably.

It's good. I stay here when I go on business trips.

It's clean. I like it a lot.

The water pressure is weak and the building is old, but since there are no nearby places to stay, spending one night here is not a big problem.

Excellent value for money, but the shower's water pressure is very weak, so avoid higher floors for your peace of mind.
