· Minors are not allowed even when accompanied by an adult (infants, children, and teenagers accompanied by parents are also not allowed)

· Screenshot photos are not accepted (No cancellation or refund)

· No refunds or cancellations due to unconfirmed notices or failure to present ID

· All rooms are based on 2 people per room. (Families also limited to 2 people, no cancellation or refund)

· Infants and children are also counted as 1 person.

· No additional guests are allowed in any room. (Including Suite Twin, Suite Styler)

· Guests exceeding the designated occupancy may be asked to vacate immediately. (No cancellation or refund)

· Entry of third parties other than the booker and accompanying guests is strictly prohibited. (Forced eviction, no cancellation or refund)

Example) If customers A and B use the room together, then customer B checks out, and customer C (a third party) enters customer A's room.

· Only 1 vehicle per room is allowed. (No cancellation or refund for 2 or more vehicles)

· Top-load trucks, low-chassis cars, and cars with roof boxes installed are not permitted to park.

· Front parking is prohibited. (The vehicle owner is responsible for all accidents when front parking)

· Parking is not available prior to check-in. (No cancellation or refund due to inability to park in advance)

· If you book consecutive nights separately day by day and continue to use the room with luggage, there will be an additional charge.

 Example) If a reservation for 2/2–2/4 is made separately as 2/2–2/3 and 2/3–2/4

· In accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act, valuables should be stored at the front desk. We are not responsible for valuables not stored at the front desk.

· The storage period for lost items is 7 days. (Items will be discarded after 7 days.)

· Due to the risk of damage and loss, lost items cannot be delivered by courier or quick delivery. (Only in-person pickup is available)

· Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap are provided in the rooms. (Shampoo, conditioner, body wash are not disposable items)

· Facial cleansing products other than the basic amenities will incur an additional charge.

· Coffee, ice water dispenser, and bottled water are available at the 1st floor front desk and 2nd floor.

· Please inquire at the front desk for contact lens cases.

· Damage to or theft of items in the room may result in criminal charges and compensation may be requested. (Charged at full price)

· A fee may be charged for lost card keys.

· Hair dyeing is prohibited in the room, and compensation may be requested for damage to wallpaper, bedding, etc. (Charged at full price)
