1. Check-out time is 12:00 PM (11:00 AM for random rooms); additional fees apply for late check-out.
2. Rooms are based on double occupancy. The assigned room may differ from the photos shown for each room type (e.g., with or without a bathtub). Rooms are assigned randomly. - Non-refundable. OTT streaming is not available in “Walking Distance Special” rooms.
3. All rooms are non-smoking.
4. Pets are not allowed.
5. The use of candles in guest rooms is prohibited.
6. Compensation for Room Damage
1) Attaching balloons or decorations to the room is strictly prohibited.
(A charge of 50,000 won will be applied if any balloons are popped.)
2) Compensation will be charged for damage to walls or floors, or for contamination caused by foreign substances.
3) Guests are fully liable for any damage to furnishings occurring after check-in. (Depending on the extent of the damage, guests may also be responsible for room charges during the repair period.)
7. Lost items found during room inspections will be held for 14 days before disposal (food items will be disposed of the same day).
8. Consumption of strongly spiced foods, such as seafood or mala tang, is prohibited.
9. PCs are available; high-spec games can be played.
10. Consecutive night stays are not permitted on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays; no refunds will be issued for cancellations of consecutive night stays on weekdays.
Parking is limited to one vehicle per room. (Advance parking reservations are not available.)
Parking is not available for rooms booked at the opening special rate.
Parking is available in the hotel building and the underground parking garage (using the car lift).
However, parking is permitted upon check-in for overnight stays or day use, and vehicles must be removed upon check-out.
