3. If you do not check in by the 12:00 AM check-in deadline without prior notice, your reservation will be treated as canceled, and no refund will be issued. For check-ins after 12:00 AM, please contact the front desk in advance.

4. Check-in is not permitted with pets.

5. Guests staying in the room must present valid identification.

6. Rooms are based on occupancy for two people; an additional fee of 10,000 won applies for each additional guest.

9. Housekeeping is not provided for consecutive weekend stays; additional amenities can be obtained at the front desk.

10. Premium rooms may be changed to Premium Twin rooms depending on availability.

Guidelines for Using Amenities

1. Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited when using the coin-operated karaoke rooms.

2. To use the private gym facilities, you must sign the gym usage agreement before use.

3. Food served at breakfast may not be taken out of the premises.

4. The cafeteria is available for use at all times after check-in; however, please note that it cannot be used

when the space is reserved for private events. (Please contact the hotel for reservation fees.)

5. Clothing left unattended in the laundry room will be held for a period of time and then disposed of in accordance with the hotel’s lost and found policy.
