Maximum occupancy is 2 guests; additional guests are not permitted.

Access by non-guests is restricted, including those visiting briefly.

Minors may not be accompanied by or stay in the room without prior authorization.

Room configuration: Queen + Single

Standard occupancy is 2 guests; 3 guests are not permitted.

Mixed-gender occupancy (2 men, 1 woman / 2 women, 1 man) is not permitted.

This restriction applies even if the guests are related.

3. Family

Room Configuration: Queen + Single

Up to 3 adults may stay (same-sex groups only)

Mixed-gender stays (e.g., 2 men, 1 woman; 2 women, 1 man) are not permitted

For family stays, up to 2 adults and 2 children may stay

Child Definition: Ages 13 and under (up to 6th grade); middle school students and older are considered adults

4. Reservation and Refund Policies

Cancellations are not permitted on the day of check-in

If the actual number of guests differs from the number booked, guests will be asked to check out immediately, and no refunds will be issued

This hotel is a smoke-free facility in all guest rooms. Smoking in guest rooms is strictly prohibited.

If smoking in a guest room causes damage such as odors or contamination, it may cause inconvenience to the next guest.

If smoking in a guest room makes it difficult to sell the room the following day, fines and penalties may be imposed depending on the extent of the damage, and

in the event of a safety incident such as a fire, substantial civil and criminal liability may arise.

If odors or contamination from smoking persist in a room, requiring cleaning, deodorization, or restricting the room’s availability for sale,

compensation of up to 300,000 won (covering cleaning costs, odor removal costs, and losses due to restricted room sales, etc.) may be charged.

To maintain a comfortable and safe guest room environment, please be sure to comply with our no-smoking policy.

Our hotel enforces a strict policy regarding the accommodation of minors and children.

Minors are not permitted to check in, regardless of whether they are staying with same-sex or mixed-sex companions or alone.

Children and minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian,

and are only permitted to stay in family rooms.

Even when traveling with children, any same-day cancellations or penalties resulting from a reservation made without prior confirmation will be the sole responsibility of the person who made the reservation.

If you plan to stay with children or minors, please be sure to check availability via our main reservation number before making your reservation.

Our hotel strictly restricts cooking in guest rooms as a measure to prevent safety incidents such as fires.

Only ready-to-heat foods suitable for microwaves may be consumed in guest rooms.

(e.g., cup noodles, boxed meals in microwave-safe containers, etc.)

Cooking, grilling meat, or using heating appliances in guest rooms constitutes a violation of fire safety laws and is strictly prohibited.

If a fire or other accident occurs as a result of the above actions, you may be held strictly liable under civil and criminal law.

If cooking in a guest room is detected, you will be immediately asked to vacate the room,

and you may be held liable for compensation for the costs of odor removal, damage to the interior, and restoration.
