There is a park nearby and I liked that it was quiet.
I had a comfortable, uneventful stay.
Ilsan is the best The TV is big.
It's good. The showerhead looks like it needs replacing~
Cleanliness is very lacking~ The staff are also very unfriendly... Because it's in a busy area, accessibility is good

I had a good rest and am leaving!
Initial check showed cigarette smell and mold odor. Room change: the second assigned room There was no cigarette smell, but the trash can was still stained and dirty. The intercom and remote were covered in dust, The floor was extremely dirty. When I wiped with a wet wipe, black, ingrained grime came off. Honestly, it was so filthy and unpleasant I could not sleep. We each put down the blankets we brought and slept feeling hot, and the hot water was lukewarm. It was the worst accommodation.
A good place to visit from Ilsan Mechanical parking
The mini is okay, but even if it's a bit more expensive, I think I'd choose a standard room!
Reservation cancellations or refunds are not possible due to the absence of a physical ID (mobile ID, Pass app, or other certifications) for check-in. Entry may be restricted if identity verification is not possible.
Extra beds and bedding are not available.
PCs are not available in any rooms.
Bringing any fire-starting devices into the rooms is prohibited.
Events are not permitted inside the rooms. Unauthorized events may result in eviction.
Pets are not allowed in any rooms.
Minors unaccompanied by a guardian are not permitted to use the rooms.
The room images may differ from the actual rooms.
Due to the nature of a Design Hotel, a room with a different theme from the photos may be assigned.

If you wish to use a room with a bathtub, please inform us in advance, and we will assist in assigning an available room.
All rooms are equipped with 70-inch large TVs.
Disney+, Watcha, TVING, Wavve, and YouTube are provided.
Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the room.
Events & parties are prohibited.
The standard occupancy for all rooms is 2 people, and additional charges apply for 3 or more people.
(Additional fee per person: 20,000 KRW)
Mini: Max 2 people / Deluxe: Max 2 people / Suite: Max 2 people (No additional guests allowed in Mini, Deluxe, Suite)
Twin: Max 3 people / Royal Suite: Max 4 people (For 3 or more people, mixed-gender stays are not permitted; only same-gender guests can check-in.)
※ Guests exceeding the standard occupancy will be asked to vacate immediately.
※ Refunds or cancellations due to exceeding the standard occupancy are not possible.
Please check the check-in criteria for each room. Additional charges will be paid at the front desk for extra guests.
Rates may vary during peak seasons, specific dates, and public holidays (including the day before).
All guests checking in must present a physical ID. Guests without a physical ID or minors will be denied entry.
(Please make sure to bring a physical ID. / Mobile IDs, PASS apps are not accepted.)

Parking for RVs, luxury imported cars, and modified vehicles may be difficult depending on the situation.
Parking is limited to 1 car per room. Additional parking fees will apply for more than one car, so please keep this in mind.
Vehicle exit is not possible between 00:00 AM and 04:00 AM due to the absence of a parking attendant.
