Clean, and the owner is friendly.
The blind was broken so I could hardly see out the window, and it was worse than I expected. It was on the second floor with a view of a construction site.

Fantastic ocean view and the best value accommodation! I recently stayed at the Busan Haeundae Ocean View Haute Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable—the ocean view is absolutely stunning and made the stay truly memorable. The room was comfortable and clean, and the booking process, which included a great special offer, was very straightforward. The staff was professional and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. Considering the price and the prime location near Haeundae, this is an excellent value. I would definitely stay here again!
It was especially convenient for walking or sightseeing since the beach is only a one-minute walk away. The staff were very kind and I was satisfied with the overall service. If I come to Busan again, this is a hotel I definitely want to revisit.

Room assignments are random on the day of check-in, and room prices may fluctuate, making cancellations and refunds impossible due to this.

The lost key fee is 30,000 KRW (please keep keys at the front desk when going out).
When using a free parking product, parking is limited to one vehicle per room.
If you book a walk-in special and bring a car, parking is not available.
Customers who do not wish to pay the associated fees may be denied check-in.
Please note that cancellation requests due to this will not be refunded as per NOL regulations.
