It was brief but I rested comfortably. They gave us an ocean view so I enjoyed Lotte Tower. The staff were kind, and I was especially touched by their very respectful manner.

Good! The soundproofing is better than I expected, but I can hear other rooms' doors opening quite loudly :( The staff are kind and it's nice.

Please be advised that if you are caught smoking in a guest room, you will be required to check out immediately and will be charged a cleaning fee of 100,000 won to cover the cost of additional cleaning.
Please use the designated smoking area on the first floor outside the hotel.
All rooms are equipped with a coffee maker, hair dryer, refrigerator, TV, mugs, and amenities.
Hair straighteners, irons, wine glasses, and bottle openers are available for rent at the front desk upon presentation of ID or payment of a deposit.
Due to limited parking space, only one vehicle per room is permitted for room types other than those designated for walk-in guests only.
Advance inquiry required—pre-reserved parking, large vehicles (pickup trucks, trucks, RVs, trailers, minibuses) are not permitted.
Vehicles not registered at the time of booking cannot be parked.
Parking is not provided for “Walk-Only” room types.
If you wish to reserve parking in advance, additional fees may apply, so please keep this in mind when making your reservation.
For consecutive night stays, you must book an early check-in at 3:00 PM for the same room type. If you book a late check-in, a separate surcharge will apply at check-in.
