There were some off-putting cleanliness issues in various places, but the low price and the location near the station were good. They advertise great views, but there are only a few rooms per floor and many views are blocked by other buildings. Some rooms even have no windows.

I was looking for a clean, affordable place to book for long weekend stays, and I plan to make this my go-to. The room is in great condition, the bathroom is large and luxurious, and they park the car for free and are very friendly.

All guest rooms are equipped for streaming YouTube and Netflix only (using your own account; we do not provide login credentials).

※ Parking Information

Please be sure to check this before making a reservation. (Cancellations or refunds due to unfamiliarity with parking information or parking-related requests are strictly prohibited.)

If you are unsure about your vehicle’s specifications, please be sure to contact us.

Due to the very limited space in the parking lot, please contact the front desk before booking if you are driving an SUV, RV, sports car, luxury imported car (vehicles that do not fit in the mechanical parking system), large vehicles of a higher class than the Grandeur (long-body models), or modified vehicles.

Mercedes-Benz electric vehicles are strictly prohibited from parking in the tower or outside.

Reservations canceled due to the inability to park your vehicle are [non-refundable].

Only one vehicle per room is permitted. Due to limited parking space, parking is available immediately upon check-in.

If you request a parking spot 1–2 minutes before check-out, we can hold a spot for your vehicle.

Guidelines for Using the 2nd-Floor Cafeteria

Alcohol is prohibited in the second-floor cafeteria.

If caught, you may be asked to leave.

Basic Guidelines

All rooms are based on double occupancy, and additional charges apply for extra guests (10,000 KRW per person; 20,000 KRW for Suite Twin and Royal Suite).

Standard & Deluxe & Semi Suite (up to 2 guests) / Twin (up to 3 guests) / Royal Suite (up to 4 guests)

Please note that additional bedding cannot be provided.

·If early check-in or late check-out is available, a fee of 10,000 won per hour will be charged (20,000 won for Twin and Royal Suites).

·Please check the check-in time for each room type to avoid any inconvenience.

·Minors are not permitted to check in without a guardian.

(Check-in will be restricted if you do not have a valid ID, and reservations cannot be canceled or refunded due to this restriction.)

·Mixed-gender occupancy is restricted for groups of 3 or more (e.g., 2 men and 1 woman).

·Rooms are not assigned upon check-in; they are assigned at random.

·Please be sure to check for any forgotten items before checking out. We are not responsible for lost items.

·Guests found with pets will be required to check out immediately.

Items for Rent

- Charger, laptop, hair straightener, wine glass, wine opener (rental requires ID or a 10,000 won deposit)

Additional Guidelines

· If you do not present a valid ID upon check-in, you may be denied entry. (No refunds or cancellations will be granted in this case.)

· For groups of three or more, members of the opposite sex who are not family members are not permitted to stay together. (Mixed-gender accommodations are not permitted / No refunds or cancellations will be granted in this case.)

Washer and Dryer Usage Guide

Washing machines and dryers are located on the second floor.

(Detergent and dryer sheets must be purchased separately / Not available for use between 1:00 AM and 7:00 AM)

Washing machines and dryers may only be used with a laundry kit purchased from the vending machine next to the machines.

Please be advised that legal action may be taken if you are found using external detergent or allowing non-guests to use the machines; in such cases, you may be charged up to 10 times the price of the laundry kit.
