Sun Tree Hotel Busan Haeundae

Excellent value for the price. It's hard to get around on foot. The view is very nice. Terrace is great!! The bathroom is... clean but the layout is a bit unusual. On the first floor there is a 24-hour unmanned coffee and ice area free to use (unlimited), and cup noodles are paid self-service, which is nice.
The scenery is beautiful. My son and I had so much fun playing together in the outdoor hot spring.
The weather was windy and cold... the heating did not work properly so it was cold. For individual heating, the temperature would not rise above 25 degrees. The owner was kind.
I didn't choose the ocean view, but I could see the sea from the terrace so that was nice. The breakfast Han River ramen was a nice touch, and it was good value.
The view was very good ^^ I really liked the room; it was clean and nice ^^ Friendly staff. It's a great spot for sunrise — you don't even have to go outside, you can see it from the balcony, which was wonderful. However, there are not many nearby restaurants; aside from that it was good ㅠㅠ There was a nice place to get coffee ^^
- Less than 1 KM: Moontan Road (in front of hotel entrance), Mystery Novel Museum, etc.
- 1 KM: Dalmaji Hill area road (similar to Namsan Road in Seoul, but with East Sea views in one direction), Haeundae Mipo, Haeundae Cheongsapo, etc.
- 2 KM: Former Haeundae Station, Haeundae Beach, Haeundae Marine City, Songjeong Beach, etc.
- 4 KM: Haeundae Centum (Busan Cinema Center, BEXCO), Osiria Tourist Complex (Lotte Premium Outlets,
IKEA), Ananti Hilton, Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, etc.
- 8 KM: Gwangalli Beach, Gijang Yeonhwari Haenyeo Village, Daebyeon Port, etc.
Sun Tree Hotel is located in the center of Wausan Mountain (Dalmaji Hill), between Haeundae and Songjeong.
Taking photos of the surrounding attractions and the sea view from the 9th-floor rooftop will create wonderful memories.
And the promenade just outside the hotel's main entrance feels like a living botanical garden, allowing you to experience the changing seasons that nature offers.

On-site parking is available but limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Only one vehicle per room is allowed to park.
For more than one vehicle per room, an additional fee of 10,000 KRW per vehicle will be charged.
Free use of Holly's Coffee parking lot, 200M walk away.
Separate inquiries required for dedicated parking areas.
