Good value for money and clean.
The cleanliness was a bit disappointing, but I think it's a decent place for the price. A hairdryer, coffee pot, toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body towel, razor, foam cleanser, and towels are all provided. Highly recommended as a budget-friendly place in Gyeongju.
I booked last-minute that night at a great price!! The owner was very kind!! The room was well soundproofed and it was nice, so I was able to rest well!!
It was convenient to use again this time. It was even better than last time.

The location is so good that I came back. I had a nice rest ^_^ Good restaurants and attractions are within walking distance, and with air conditioning plus a large fan it was very cool. The bathroom water pressure is good. Especially the hallway water dispenser is maintained here, so you can drink with confidence. Other places often just leave the machine without filter maintenance, so this is nice.

No elevator You can leave your luggage The accommodation is not perfectly clean or pristine The facilities are old, but the owner is extremely kind (an angel who allowed an early check-in a full three hours early and responds with warm, even hot, hospitality). Even though they speak a Gyeongsang dialect, their gentleness and warmth were very impressive!!! Daereungwon and Hwangridan-gil are about an 8-minute walk away, so accessibility is good If you run the water for about 3 minutes, warm water comes out Not hot Recommended for solo travelers like me who are not picky and do not spend much on accommodation.
