Quiet, convenient to use, and nice!

Located far from the old downtown and next to Chojigyo, in a very quiet spot. Opposite Hwangsando, there are a few convenience stores nearby besides some motels: 7/11 and CU, and restaurants include a haejangguk place (highly recommended), chueotang and grilled eel restaurants, etc. It was completely comfortable for an elderly grandpa/grandma to stay 3 nights. It was well maintained, and we did not request cleaning during the 3 nights. (Did we keep it clean????) I strongly recommend this as a good value accommodation. Honestly, it might not be ideal for Millennials and Gen Z, but it is perfect for those who come to Ganghwa Island and want a quiet stay. Parking facilities are excellent. Note that you will hardly ever meet the owner. Soundproofing - adequate Public transport - not great Parking - okay Heating/cooling - did not use so unsure.

Stayed multiple nights with my child. I was worried by reviews saying it was old, but overall it was nicely maintained and I liked it a lot. The parking space was spacious, which was also great. The owner was kind and asked first if we needed extra bedding. At night he explained the location of the heating switch again and told us to turn it on if it got cold, showing concern. Since we stayed multiple nights and had a child, I was touched that he proactively checked whether we needed more towels or water. Water pressure was strong and I really liked the table corner design that was slightly rounded. There is a microwave on the first floor so I was able to heat baby food well and we rested comfortably.

The owner is friendly and it is reasonable for the price.
