⭐️Please check before booking⭐️ I'm leaving a 5-star review because if I leave 1 star it doesn't show at all. I have used this place many times, but management is very poor. It seems the owner and the cleaning staff do not communicate. The cleanliness issues match other reviews. There was a plastic bottle in the pillow, snack crumbs on the floor, and many other issues. Also, do not book the standard room if you can avoid it. There is no door lock. The owner is not present when we arrive and does not even know the exact room numbers. This needs to be fixed. Because of this we overlapped with someone else's booking and wasted time. In the end we were upgraded and given an extra two hours, but while we were using the room the cleaning staff suddenly entered after punching the door code and told us our time was up and to leave, even though three hours remained. We were really surprised. Shouldn't they have communicated? What do you expect when they just punch the code and come in? Don't they usually call the room or contact the guest who made the reservation? Once again, I feel this is a place you really should not come to. I have had several unpleasant experiences before, and this incident made my opinion definite. I think the owner believes that just upgrading and extending time will make customers feel better, but that depends entirely on the owner's attitude and how they handle things. I did not feel any genuine apology. I usually do not write reviews like this even after receiving extra compensation, but looking at other reviews it seems I am not the only one who felt there was no apologetic attitude. Also, each room has a different locking system haha. The standard room has none, the junior suite has a handle lock, and the VIP room has a door lock. Guests who book the cheapest room cannot feel safe. No matter the room class, isn't safety the most important thing? The location is also down an alley. In all the places I've stayed, this is the first time the presence or absence of a lock differs by room grade. Please take note.
