Unattended Operation (from 8:00 PM): The front desk is unstaffed after 8:00 PM. You must bring a valid photo ID to use the kiosk and gain access to the property. (Access will be restricted if you do not have a valid ID, and no refunds will be issued for this reason.)

This is a neatly remodeled motel. I didn't use the computer room, but I expect it would be good. However, there is a gap under the front door with no threshold, and the toilet is mounted right up against the wall. Still, you are not sitting on the toilet to rest, and the bedding and room condition are top quality, hard to find in Iksan.
I booked without much hesitation because of the good reviews and rating. When I arrived early in the morning there was exactly one parking space available. It was my first time scanning my ID at a kiosk so I was a little flustered, but check-in went fine. The room was non-smoking, and really clean and pretty. There was plenty of space to open a suitcase, and a table for light snacks. I stayed on the sixth floor; the bathroom water pressure was excellent. The large TV was also great. The air from the AC blows toward your face while sleeping, so you may want to adjust the airflow direction. I thought there was no refrigerator, but there is one next to the bed by the window. There were no complimentary drinks inside the fridge, but there is a water dispenser with hot and cold water and paper cups. At checkout they give you a drink on the first floor. If I go to Iksan again, I will 100% stay here again!
Clean; the building and the room both smell nice, and the coffee is tasty.

The pillow was too high and uncomfortable.
