I came to Chuncheon on a business trip and ended up staying a few days. The facilities were clean and well maintained, so I could see why there are so many reviews. Especially, there is a nearby Gosu riverside green space, so it was good for exercise or walks, and if you walk a little bit you are near Namchuncheon Station where there are many good restaurants. If I come to Chuncheon again, I will probably choose this place.

We regularly use pest control companies to eradicate pests.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we conduct daily in-house disinfection (using human-safe disinfectant) and have hand sanitizer available at the counter.

All sheets, bedding, towels, etc. in the rooms are collected entirely after each use and laundered through a professional laundry service.

Rooms are never sold without an additional manager's inspection after cleaning.

Standard Room Occupancy

Please be sure to check the standard occupancy (2 people per room or 1 person per room) and maximum occupancy when booking a room.

An additional charge of 10,000 KRW will be incurred for exceeding the standard occupancy, payable on-site (applies to children aged 5 and above).

General Regulations

Minors are restricted from using the property. All guests are required to present ID upon check-in.

Failure to present ID will result in restricted use.

Cancellations and refunds are not available for refusal of entry due to reservations made by minors or mixed-gender groups of 3 or more, so please be sure to inquire with the accommodation before booking.

Immediate eviction will result from unauthorized entry without inquiring at the front desk.

For minors accompanied by parents, please inquire with the front desk in advance (T. 033 257-7406).

Candles and items that pose a safety hazard are prohibited. Compensation will be sought for dyeing, damage, or breakage.

For Same-Day Deal time sale rooms, an additional weekly charge of 20,000 KRW will be incurred for multi-night stays (to be paid on-site). Extra bedding costs 10,000 KRW. If check-out time is exceeded, an additional fee of 10,000 KRW per hour will be charged after 30 minutes (charged immediately after 30 minutes have passed). Cancellations and refunds are not available for refusal of entry due to reservations made by minors or mixed-gender groups of 3 or more. In case of cancellation due to partner circumstances, a 100% refund will be processed.
