Jeju Navis Hotel

I came to Seoul on a business trip and had to use this because it was near my workplace, but it was the worst. It smelled rotten, they did not refill towels, and it was not cleaned.

Good value for money lol

Except for the price and parking, everything was the worst. The room condition was terrible, damp and smelly. Water was dripping onto the bathroom sink. The air conditioner did not cool. It felt like a place where ghosts might appear.

During my trip I stayed briefly in Aewol and I was able to rest well.

I have never seen such a terrible place in my life. I booked because it was cheap and close to a restaurant I wanted to go to, but all the photos of the accommodation were lies (the owner even admitted they were old photos lol). There was red pepper powder stuck to the blanket, dirt on the floor, and cigarette stench deeply absorbed into the wallpaper. Most importantly, an unused towel was left on the sink, so I asked for a refund. I kept insisting on the phone with Yanolja and the owner refused the refund lol. The owner was not even on site and treated it like a complaint, telling me something about bringing the sofa from the restaurant in front. I did not even hear an apology and it seemed like they just left it to the call center to handle. Do not treat customers like this. In the end they ruined my mood, so I paid for another place and slept elsewhere. If I had seen the reviews earlier I would never have gone. Everyone, do not waste your money or ruin your mood, go somewhere else!!! A towel on the sink lol absolutely absurd.

Different from the photos, but satisfied for the price.

There were only two towels, and a strong mold smell, so I strongly do not recommend it.

Good for staying when traveling alone.

Really awful, for real. The showerhead filter is filthy, wind keeps coming in through the window, and it's dirty.

Okay hotel for a short stay.
