1. The rental (3 hours) is available 24 hours a day;

2. There is an additional fee of 10,000 won per person.

Although there is one parking space, if guests who arrive first take it,

it’s essentially as if there were no parking available for those arriving later.

However, you can park in empty spots around the nearby residential area.

Of course, there are no parking enforcement officers.

2. There is no elevator.

3. The rooms are not very large.

4. Since we haven’t done a full renovation, each room is different.

5. That’s why our room rates are the lowest on Jeju Island.

6. The air conditioning and heating work great, and the hot and cold water flow freely... though the water pressure can be a bit strong.

7. We’re confident in our cleanliness.

We conduct thorough pest control, so while there might be mosquitoes, there are no cockroaches.

Occasionally, cockroaches the size of cicadas fly in from outside,

which can be a bit of a hassle.

8. We’ll do our best to prove to you that

the saying “old is gold” is indeed true.

It is located in the downtown area of Yeondong, New Jeju—which can be compared to the Gangnam, Myeongdong, and Hongdae areas of Seoul.

It is a 10-minute drive (2.8 km) from Jeju Airport.

It is a 10-minute walk (600 m) from the Provincial Government Building.

200 meters from Aroma Dome Night (Jeju’s only and largest).

300 meters from Nuwe Maru Street (formerly Bao Jen Street).
