Grab the Ocean Songdo

First of all, the location is excellent — right in front of the beach, quiet and clean, great for staying overnight.

The view was pretty and the place was clean. One downside was that they charge for parking, which was disappointing.

I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days! I do not plan to revisit. The bedding condition was good and the cleaning service was clean, so that was nice. But there was no consideration for guests' rest. I really could not sleep in at all during the stay — it felt like forced waking. Think carefully before you choose. 📍Forced wake-up incident Day 1 〰️ - Hahaha ㅜ At 7 AM ❤️ I was sleeping soundly when I heard construction noises? Metal clanging and banging~~ People shouting like "good job~~!!" and loud metal hits..?? I wondered what on earth it was and looked out the window, and there was construction right up against the building wall just outside the window..🌟 Of course! There was no prior notice about construction when I made the reservation! ✔️✔️ I only found a small paper posted on the wall when I moved between floors in the elevator^^…. I assumed construction would happen after checkout, I never expected it to start so early in the morning. It started as early as 7 AM?😅 And the work was so close to my room window that you could see into the room… I kept thinking about how awful it would have been if I had been sleeping without clothes on — a thousand thoughts...^^ Shouldn't guests be informed about this? I figured the hotel knew the construction start time, so are they carelessly thinking it's okay if some guests on lower floors are sacrificed… When I called the front desk to request a room change, the only response was that it was not possible and that they would ask the workers to be quiet. They told me it was only on weekdays so it wouldn't happen the next morning. I couldn't sleep more and stayed awake until I left for my plans. 📍Forced wake-up Day 2 ^^…… - Are you kidding me.. I woke up to the sound of a vacuum cleaner. They were cleaning the next room. The guest wouldn't be using it, right? They kept running the vacuum while bumping desks and chairs. Why on earth are you cleaning at around 7:12 AM? Haha.. I think cleaning should be done after the 11 AM checkout. That's also why check-in time is 3 PM, I think.

I stayed here on a business trip and they upgraded me to an ocean view. The staff are friendly and the hotel is clean.

I arrived very late but it was great. Being right in front of the sea made me happy~ I felt healed, the room condition was good, everything was great.

The accommodation was clean and the staff who checked us in were friendly! I especially loved the terrace view; it was so beautiful.

We went to Busan to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday and she really liked it. She was curious where the lights on the bedding were from, haha.

It's good. The bed is comfortable.

Many new accommodations are opening in Songdo, but I liked the impression from my first visit so I go often. This time the condition of the room was a bit different. There was a smell and the towels were so old they were like rags. That's disappointing. Please pay attention to maintaining the place like it was at first. Take care.
