Namyangju River (RIVER)

From Sunday to Friday, up to 2 vehicles can be parked per room (large SUVs allowed), but `only 1 vehicle` per room is allowed on `Saturdays`.

If the number of vehicles exceeds the limit, check-in will be denied and no refund will be issued (large cargo vehicles over 1 ton cannot be parked).

Even if you come to the front desk and say you'll 'park somewhere else,' it is not permitted.

Same-sex guests are not allowed for Day Use and can only stay overnight (violation will result in check-in denial and no refund).

The standard occupancy upon check-in is 2 people, and absolutely no additional guests are allowed (children not permitted).

Strong-smelling foods such as crustaceans like crabs and shrimp, fermented skate, fermented skate pancake, and all seafood (sea squirt, raw oysters) are prohibited from being consumed or brought into the premises. Chinese food and Mala Tang are also prohibited.

If the above foods are brought in without permission, the guest will be denied check-in.

Please understand that compensation for damages may be claimed if damage occurs after bringing in prohibited items.

Cooking is strictly prohibited in the rooms, and guests will be denied check-in if cooking utensils are brought in.

Bicycles are not allowed in the rooms and can only be stored outside the building.

Rooms are assigned at check-in and may differ from the images shown above.

Rates may vary during peak season, specific dates, and public holidays (including the day before).

Please understand that pets are not allowed.

If a pet is brought in without permission, check-in will be denied and no refund will be issued.

Parking is available for up to 50 vehicles, ensuring ample parking space.

The indoor parking lot can accommodate up to 8 vehicles.

However, on Saturdays, only 1 vehicle is allowed per room.

Hair straighteners and phone chargers are available at the front desk.

It may be inconvenient, but please leave a deposit (refundable after use) and your ID to use them.

Rent 2 wine glasses (or champagne glasses) for 10,000 KRW.

Lost and found items have increased rapidly, making storage difficult.

If lost items are found after check-out, they will be discarded `2 months later` if there is no special contact or retrieval, so please understand.

We cannot send items by courier, so please send a courier (at your expense) or pick them up in person.

To create a healthy and safe environment, illegal off-site massage and massage calls are prohibited.

Upon detection of such acts, strong measures will be taken as follows:

Immediate Eviction: Forced eviction will occur immediately without exception upon detection.

No Refund of Fees: If forcibly evicted, the fees paid will absolutely not be refunded.

Reporting to Relevant Authorities: For illegal activities, we will immediately report to the relevant authorities, such as the police, if necessary.
