The cigarette smell is too strong.
The male owner is fine, but the woman who seems to be the female owner was rude from start to finish, speaking to us in informal, dismissive tones. We paid extra and reserved a better room, but they gave us a small room on the first floor. When we asked if there was a room upstairs, she said there wasn't. When I told her we had reserved a better room, she gave us Room 101. When I asked if that was really a better room, she cut me off and snapped that it was. So annoying. When we asked again if they could just give us a room upstairs, she kept repeating that there were no rooms and kept saying, "What am I supposed to do, what am I supposed to do?" over and over—seriously lol. I think I saw that woman and some staff hanging around and taking breaks a few times while coming and going, but they gave us that room anyway, so we went in. The room had not been cleaned at all. The bed had food stains, and when I pulled back the blanket there was a used lotion sample bottle—like someone had been using it. When I went back out to complain, she repeated the same "what am I supposed to do" line... I almost cursed at the sight of how they behaved. Like, what are you even doing? Please give us a different room. In the end we did get another room, but the place reeked of cigarette smoke. The smell soaked into our clothes, so I went back down because I couldn't stand her attitude, but she was just unbearable so we used the room anyway. I used to always go when the male owner was there; I was a regular. But I will never go back now lol. The male owner knows us well, but if I met that woman again I feel like I'd get into a huge fight, so I'll just avoid it from now on. Just seeing her face makes me so angry. Other reviews complain about the same nasty attitude and rude informal speech, so it's surprising she still hasn't changed. Maybe she thinks she's entitled because she's older? Weird.

It was so-so on my first visit, but when I returned I had a bad experience.
The male owner is kind, but the female owner seems uneducated and treats customers very rudely and unpleasantly. The room cleaning was a mess and the smell of cigarette smoke was stuck everywhere. The computer was malfunctioning, and the mouse and keyboard pads were so dirty that using them made me want to run out of the shop. There were dark stains on the floor here and there, and when you walk around the soles of your feet get black.
