No smoking inside the hotel building or in any guest rooms.

In all guest rooms, only YouTube and Netflix (using your own account) may be viewed.

※ Parking Guidelines

Please be sure to check this information before making a reservation. (Cancellations or refunds due to unfamiliarity with parking information or parking-related requests are strictly prohibited.)

Please be sure to inquire about parking.

As the parking lot is small, please contact the front desk before booking if you are driving an SUV, sports car, luxury imported car, large vehicle, or modified vehicle.

Mercedes-Benz electric vehicles are strictly prohibited from parking.

Reservations canceled due to inability to park are [non-refundable].

Only one vehicle per room is permitted. Due to limited parking space, parking is available only upon check-in.

3:00 AM–7:00 AM

During these hours, the parking lot is unstaffed as staff are on break.

Parking is not permitted; only self-exit is allowed.

-The hotel is not liable for any accidents that occur during self-parking.-

Please use the kiosk on the left to check in.

Alcohol is prohibited in the second-floor cafeteria.

If caught, you may be asked to leave.

All rooms are based on double occupancy, and additional occupancy fees apply (10,000 won per person; 20,000 won for Twin Suites and Royal Suites).

Standard & Deluxe & Semi Suite (up to 2 guests) / Twin (up to 3 guests) / Royal Suite (up to 4 guests)

Please note that additional bedding cannot be provided.

·If early check-in or late check-out is available, a fee of 10,000 won per hour will be charged. (20,000 won for Twin and Royal Suites)

·Minors are not permitted to check in without a guardian.

(Check-in will be restricted if you do not have a valid ID, and no cancellations or refunds will be issued due to such restrictions.)

·Mixed-gender occupancy of three or more people is prohibited (e.g., 2 men and 1 woman).

·Please be sure to check for any forgotten items before checking out. We are not responsible for lost items.

·Guests found with pets will be required to check out immediately.

·During the winter season, only heating is available; air conditioning cannot be used. (Air conditioning is available during the summer season.)

- Charger, laptop, hair straightener, wine glass, wine opener (rental requires ID or a 10,000 won deposit)

· If you do not have a valid ID upon check-in, you may be denied entry. (No refunds or cancellations will be granted in this case.)

· For groups of three or more, guests of the opposite sex who are not family members are not permitted to stay together. (Coed stays are not permitted / No refunds or cancellations will be issued for this reason.)

· A water purifier is provided in the Royal Suite. We are not liable for accidents caused by careless use of hot water.

Washing machines and dryers are located on the second floor.

(Detergent and dryer sheets must be purchased separately / Not available for use between 1:00 AM and 7:00 AM)

Washing machines and dryers may only be used with a laundry kit purchased from the vending machine next to the machines.

Please be advised that legal action may be taken if you are found using external detergent or allowing non-guests to use the machines; in such cases, you may be charged up to 10 times the price of the laundry kit.
