The cleanliness is terrible. I saw many reviews mentioning cleanliness, and the owner should be aware at this level, but they seem completely unconcerned. There was red pepper powder and hair on the bed sheets... And I booked a late checkout—checkout at 4:00 PM—so why did someone ring the bell at 1:00 PM? It made me upset so I just quickly showered and left. Please communicate with the front desk and clean. I have no intention of returning.
