Please refrain from using our hotel if your vehicle has been modified.

Parking is strictly prohibited when the lot is full; vehicles cannot be parked after making a reservation for “walk-in” parking.

- Please note that, depending on circumstances, vehicles may be parked in the parking tower or designated parking areas without prior notice. In such cases, parking assignments are determined based on availability, regardless of check-in order. (No exceptions.)

- We assume no liability for any damage caused by environmental factors or other natural phenomena (including earthquakes, war, volcanic eruptions, meteorite impacts, and all wild animals and plants such as elephants, camels, giraffes, tigers, etc.) while parked in designated parking areas.

- Please note that only one vehicle per room is permitted.

- The vehicle parking time and check-in time are treated as the same.

- No photos allowed. Admission is strictly prohibited under any circumstances if you do not present a valid ID.

- Minors will be denied admission even if traveling alone or with someone of the same sex.

- No refunds or exchanges will be issued for this reason.

- Reservations by minors are prohibited.

- No forms of identification other than a physical or mobile ID card, driver’s license, or passport are accepted.

- Entry is strictly prohibited and non-refundable if you do not present a valid ID or one of the acceptable forms of identification listed above.

- If you are unable to present the required ID, please direct any inquiries to the app or website where you made the reservation.

- With the exception of Standard Rooms, all guest rooms are equipped with high-spec PCs. However, paid services must be paid for directly by the guest.

- Netflix is available in all guest rooms

- Our Standard Rooms are not equipped with PCs.

- The spa facilities in all rooms are unavailable due to the high risk of fire caused by electrical short circuits.

- An additional fee applies for extra bedding (separate from the fee for additional guests).

- Air conditioning is unavailable during the winter and spring/fall seasons; no refunds will be issued due to the unavailability of air conditioning during these periods. Air conditioning is available only during the summer.

Air conditioning is operational during the summer months (June, July, August, and September).

(If air conditioning is absolutely necessary, you must confirm availability by phone in advance.)

-Heating is available starting in mid-November during the winter season

-There are no non-smoking rooms (all rooms are smoking rooms).

Actual rooms may differ.

Room assignments cannot be specified on weekends.

Please note that rooms may be upgraded at our discretion depending on availability.

- Our establishment does not allow mixed-gender groups of three or more to share a room. (Only two people of opposite sexes are permitted.)

- All rooms are based on double occupancy.

- Cross-use (where one person checks out while two are occupying a room, and another person checks in) is

- considered occupancy by three or more people and will result in refusal of check-in.

- For three or more people, only same-sex groups are permitted. (Must be discussed before booking.)

- Use by three or more people is only permitted after prior confirmation by phone.

- Complaints regarding the inability to use air conditioning outside of the summer season will not be accepted (air conditioning is available only during the summer).

- Refunds prior to check-in will be processed in accordance with the regulations.

- Since the guest who made the reservation is not a party to the contract, inquiries regarding refunds cannot be accepted.

- If there is a significant issue with the room that was not disclosed in advance, you must request a refund within 30 minutes of check-in; a refund will be issued after verification.

- Refunds are possible within 30 minutes if the room has not been used (based on room occupancy time or vehicle parking time).

- You will be liable for damages if you break any furnishings, bedding, or furniture provided in the room.

- Rooms may be upgraded without prior notice. If you prefer a specific room, you must confirm by phone before booking! (No refunds will be issued for upgrades.)

Please note that continued excessive noise, disputes among your party, or conflicts with other guests—even if you have asked for understanding—may result in your being asked to leave.

- We appreciate your cooperation in observing proper public etiquette.

Our establishment assumes no responsibility under any circumstances for unchecked items or valuables.
