Cleanliness ok, service ok, especially parking ok. I had a good rest.

It's ordinary. The photos look better than reality, but convenient parking is really a plus.

I rested comfortably in a neatly arranged room. They greeted me kindly and were considerate about parking, which made me feel very good. Thank you.

It was great! I leave feeling satisfied after resting.

1. The refrigerator didn't work. I mentioned it, but because you were fully booked you said you couldn't change rooms and ordered a refrigerator, but it never arrived. Also, I don't understand why you didn't tell me that ahead of time. I arrived at the check-in time, and lol, why give that kind of room to a walk-in guest instead of the person who booked in advance? It makes no sense about being fully booked; 2. The whole stay was a mistake from the start. I booked a room with a bathtub, but you just gave me a room with a shower and then called saying the bathtub room was taken and to come down to switch. Shouldn't you apologize first? I wondered if you were dismissing me because I'm a young woman; 3. It looked like you had squeezed in as many short-stays as possible right before my check-in, so the room wasn't cleaned well and there was grime coming off the bathtub. Honestly, saying anything won't change anything and the staff were very rude ^^.... It was shocking. I'm not the kind of picky person who would give one star even if I cut my hand on the faucet, but this is the first time in my life I'm leaving a one-star review. Have some decency: either stop taking every time slot and actually clean between guests, delay check-in times, or adopt some basic business sense.

Clean, and I liked that OTT was available to watch for free.

Clean and good for staying overnight~

The facilities are not the most comfortable, but it's good for the price. Parking is adequate. I recommend it for people looking for cost performance.

Better than expected given that I booked in a hurry.
