I asked for toilet paper and they said the shift worker would bring it. And when I tried to wash, the shower only trickled. How am I supposed to wash? Do you inspect things properly? The shower hose is leaking — do you check before accepting guests? It's very inconvenient. I don't usually leave reviews, but you took all the money and the service and maintenance are poor.

The place was kept clean, but the bathroom slippers and the bathtub/pool hygiene were a bit disappointing. Still, it was nice to be able to stay with my pet haha. I had a good rest!
