Both cleanliness and service were good
Clean and nice. I love that all rooms are non-smoking.
Clean and easy to park.
I had a good rest and am heading out~
The room is spacious and the bedding is comfortable. There's also a microwave in the room, which I think is great.
I like that it's always clean~
I stayed for a business trip. The staff were friendly, and the room was spacious and clean.
It was clean and there was no cigarette smell.
Overall it was good, and I use it often.
Even at midnight they changed my room because of an unidentified drilling noise, but that room was a downgrade and the sound of water was very loud, so overall I felt the soundproofing was very poor. I had chosen this place before an important event and was very disappointed, but the valet and front desk staff were very kind.
Minors, as per legal standards, are not permitted to use the hotel (even when accompanied by a guardian).
Failure to bring a valid ID upon check-in may result in restricted use, and cancellations or refunds due to this are not possible.
Only physical IDs (resident registration card, passport, driver's license, mobile ID) are accepted.
OTT services can be used with a personal account.

Lost items found will be stored for 7 days from the date of discovery, after which they will be disposed of.

Attaching balloons, decorations, etc., inside the room is strictly prohibited.
(A fee of 50,000 KRW will be charged if items are burst/damaged.)
Compensation will be charged for damage to walls, sofas, floors, or contamination by foreign substances.
Please note that a fine will be charged for damaging in-room facilities during use.
The Gray is not responsible for accidents caused by customer negligence.

Rooms with a built-in refrigerator (including freezer) are available.

Additional charges may be automatically applied for exceeding the check-out time.
Rates are based on 2 people per room, and exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted. (No visitors allowed beyond the initial guests)
Upon detection, a fine will be charged, and guests will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
Amenities must be purchased from vending machines at the hotel.
Capsule laundry detergent (including dryer fabric softener sheets) is provided at the front desk for laundry rooms.
However, it is sold separately for 5,000 KRW.

When arriving by car, only 1 vehicle per room is allowed to park. (Additional charge of 30,000 KRW for more than 1 vehicle)
An additional fee will be charged for early parking.
Parking is only available for reservations made with a vehicle visit via the app, starting from check-in time.
If the vehicle is not moved out after check-out time, an additional fee will be charged from the check-out time.

Guests staying overnight cannot use the Day Use tab for a maximum of 6 hours; they can use the tab for a maximum of 4 hours and only for their reserved time slot.
If changing from Day Use to accommodation, the full accommodation fee must be paid again.
When using late Day Use, if it exceeds 11 PM, the full accommodation fee will be charged, so please adhere strictly to the check-out time.
For multi-night stays, you must use the multi-night stay specific tab (additional charges may apply depending on check-in time).
For reservations made through a booking site, Hotel Gray follows the regulations of that booking site.
