HOTEL YAJA Gimhae Samgye Branch stores lost and found items separately at the 1st floor front desk.

Additionally, if there is no separate contact or report regarding other lost and found items, they will be disposed of after one month. Food items are, by their nature, generally disposed of on the day they are found.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot contact individual guests due to the large volume of lost items found in rooms.

If you wish to retrieve a lost item, it is in principle required to apply in person at the front desk.
