1) If the hotel parking lot is full, arriving guests are requested to use the Barun Hospital parking lot. (Parking for walk-in guests is not available.)

2) An additional fee of 15,000 won applies for an extra guest in a VIP TWIN room. (20,000 won per person for VVIP TWIN rooms)

3) An additional fee of 10,000 won per set applies for extra bedding.

4) Pets are not allowed in guest rooms; if found, you will be required to check out immediately.

5) Mixed-gender occupancy of three or more people (excluding family members) is not permitted.

6) Rooms may differ from the photos. There are three room types, and assignments are made at random.

7) Guests who shout, use profanity, or engage in insulting behavior toward staff will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be issued.

8) The hotel is not responsible for lost items resulting from guest negligence.

9) If you exceed the check-out time of 12:00 PM by more than 20 minutes, a late fee of 10,000 won per hour will be charged.

10) Except for SUVs and electric vehicles, standard passenger cars may be moved to the designated parking lot.
