The parking service is excellent. The staff are very kind and the rooms and bathrooms are all clean. The air conditioning cools well.
It takes a short walk from Gasan Digital Complex Station, but among nearby accommodations this place has the best quality. The bedding is clean and the room layout is good. Parking is convenient and valet is available. I liked that the fridge had plenty of bottled water and drinks.
There was no odor and it was clean.
The place was fairly clean We had a pleasant stay.
Quiet and good for resting. There are plenty of places to eat nearby.
Overall, the room, bed layout, amenities, and beverage services felt a bit sparse, like they were half-done. I was able to rest comfortably.

My parents came from far away so I tried to book a comfortable place for them on the same day, but I feel a little deceived by the photos. I intentionally booked it despite being more expensive than nearby places because the images looked neat, but it is much less tidy than in the pictures. The building feels small and outdated. The room condition itself was not bad, but they said they could not sleep because of strange noises all night. I am really upset. If I had known, I would have let them sleep at my place even if it was cramped.
I always come here; it is clean and nice.

Rates are based on 2 people. Standard and Special rooms (3 people not allowed), Twin rooms (maximum 3 people, mixed-gender stays not allowed).
Additional person fee: 10,000 KRW per person (extra bedding not provided)
2 vehicles cannot be parked per room (no parking before check-in)
Hair curlers and chargers are available for rent (please inquire at the front desk).
For your safety, the bringing of fire hazards (portable gas burners) into rooms and events involving balloons, candles, etc., are prohibited. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Unaccompanied minors and mixed-gender stays for minors are not allowed. Check-in refusal due to minor mixed-gender bookings is non-refundable.
For a more pleasant and clean environment, guests with pets, intoxicated guests, or unruly guests are not allowed.
Check-in and check-out times may change depending on room availability, so please check and book accordingly.
An additional fee of 10,000 KRW per hour will be charged for check-outs after the designated time.
We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings (jewelry, cash, etc.).
Depending on hotel circumstances, standard rooms may be assigned as twin rooms.
