The staff were friendly, there is parking, and basic toiletries are provided.

Very friendly, I could rest comfortably, and it was great.

Hygiene was terrible. There was mold, and even with the boiler on the drafts were so bad it was very cold. The bedding smelled like mold from dust, and the hairbrush still had hair from a previous guest. Pay more and use another place. I understand not turning the boiler on when there are no guests, but to save water they even removed the bathtub plug—this is the worst place I've encountered.

They are kind and take good care of guests.

The owner is always friendly, and the location is great since it is right in front of the beach.

It feels like a very old boarding house. Even if the facilities are unavoidable, the condition of the bedding was truly awful and very upsetting.
