- Rates are subject to change during peak seasons, on specific dates, and on public holidays (including the day before).

- Please note that breakfast service is currently suspended.

- Please note that we will verify your ID upon check-in to confirm your age.

★ Brown Dot Hotel Ulsan Sincheon Branch Notice

- If the number of guests exceeds the standard occupancy for a suite, an additional fee of 10,000 won per person will apply.

- Please note that check-in will not be permitted if the maximum occupancy is exceeded.

[Children over 12 months of age are counted as one person.]

- Deluxe Twin rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 people; guests exceeding this limit will not be permitted to check in.

- If you expect to arrive late, please contact the front desk in advance to inform us of your estimated check-in time.

- We do not provide extra bedding.

- Guests beyond the standard occupancy limit are not permitted.

- Foreign guests may be asked to present their passport or ID card.

1) If you plan to check in after 10:00 PM,

please be sure to notify the hotel by phone

at least by 10:00 PM on the day of your arrival.

If we do not hear from you by midnight, your reservation may be treated as a no-show,

so please contact us in advance.

2) Upon check-in,

please be sure to bring a valid form of identification

to verify that you are an adult.

(Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport, Mobile ID, etc.)

3) For guests who booked through a third-party booking site:

→ The hotel cannot process cancellations;

cancellations can only be made through

the booking site where you made your reservation,

so please contact the customer service center

of that booking site.

Please also note that refund policies for cancellations

are subject to the terms and conditions of each booking site.

Minors are not permitted at the Brown Dot Ulsan Sincheon branch.

Please understand that we will verify identification upon check-in.

Co-ed stays are strictly prohibited for minors. Please note that a minor may check in alone only if a handwritten consent form signed by a parent is provided in person. [Please note that even with a handwritten consent form, a minor cannot stay alone.]

Please note that when a minor is staying with us, a parent must be present, and you will need to provide proof of family relationship as well as the parent’s ID.
