The owner was way too sensitive about parking. I parked in spot 4 and he asked why I parked there. He told me to park in spots 1–3. You'd understand if it happened to you. If you have any sense, you would not park there, he said, and he got angry at me even though we were strangers. Then when I parked somewhere else, he went inside right away.

There is no soundproofing at all. Someone knocked on another room's door for about two hours in the early morning, nobody helped resolve it, and it felt like such a waste of money.
