Rooms for the “Event” (walk-in only) promotion will be assigned by the hotel at check-in.

Cheap... just so-so.
The water pressure is too weak, and when you walk around the room a lot of dust sticks to the soles of your feet :(
First, it says an OTT streaming service is available, but that's false. Also, the air conditioner looks more than 10 years old and seems never cleaned. The bathroom light does not turn on separately, so going to the bathroom at night is good for waking your companions, and the water pressure is extremely weak — what should have taken 10 minutes to wash took 25 minutes.
Sigh, it is exactly worth the price!

For the low price, the location is right at the bus stop when you get off, and the value for a solo business trip is excellent. However... there were a lot of unsettling things—lots of hair stuck to the pillow... a partially consumed water bottle in the fridge... This is a bit... No matter how good the value is, the room should be cleaned properly.
Of the places I visited in Jeju, the condition of the facilities was the most shocking. The bedding was clean and the cleaning was not bad, but the building itself is very old and the walls and overall facilities are worn and damaged. Especially, there was a strong, unpleasant, hard-to-identify smell in the room that made staying there painful.
