Event and Party Room Information: Basement Rooms B01–B03

The additional fee for one person in an event or party room is 20,000 won. (Payment required for children aged 36 months and older.)

(Due to the nature of the event and party rooms, music noise from adjacent rooms may occur until 12:00 AM.)

The event and party rooms are located on the B1 floor and are independent spaces where noise from the karaoke equipment is not a concern.

Karaoke facilities are available until midnight. Please be advised that, due to the nature of the event rooms, some noise from karaoke may be heard while the facilities are in use.

All rooms are fully equipped with a hair dryer, hair straightener, bidet, chargers, and a large bathtub.

All rooms offer free access to 6 OTT streaming services.

All rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of 200,000 won will be charged for smoking.

Please separate your trash for recycling upon checkout.

Event and party rooms are equipped with a forced-air ventilation system that continuously circulates and supplies fresh air from outside. The ventilation system draws in fresh, clean air into each room and expels stale air outside, ensuring continuous circulation.

Only one vehicle per room may be parked.

If smoking is detected in the room, you will be forced to check out without a refund, and a cleaning fee of 200,000 won will be charged after checkout.

Check-in closes at 2:00 a.m. Check-in is not permitted after 2:00 a.m.

- Room numbers and designs are assigned randomly based on hotel operations.

- Additional fees will be automatically charged for late check-out.

- Check-out times may vary depending on the room type you are staying in.

- The standard occupancy for all rooms is two guests. Please note that an additional fee will be charged upon check-in for any additional guests.

(For guests aged 36 months or older, an additional fee of 10,000 KRW applies to standard rooms and 20,000 KRW to event party rooms.)

-We will charge compensation for damages and laundry fees in the event of theft, damage, or soiling of any provided items.

-Rates are subject to change during peak seasons, on specific dates, and on public holidays (including the day before).
