The room was spacious, there was a Styler, and above all the TV was very big so it was great for watching streaming services.

This place says, “The bathtub is being remodeled overall, so the bathtub is difficult to use,” and also “The central light in the room does not turn on, and to get a room where the light works you must pay an additional 8,000 won.” I have never seen a place speak like this. I booked for 77,000 won. It’s pretty expensive for a motel. I chose a pricier place to use the bathtub and relieve travel fatigue. But when I checked in, the main light in the room didn’t turn on. When I asked, at first they said they would change our room. When I went down to the front desk, their story suddenly changed. They said they intentionally listed the room at that price because the light doesn’t work, lol. If I wanted a room where the light works, I would have to pay 8,000 won more. When I booked, there were four rooms left on the walk-in special. Are all those rooms lightless then? We had no choice, so we stayed in that room. In the evening when I went to use the bathtub, there was no drain plug. I called again and they said the hotel is doing a full bathtub remodel, so there are no plugs. Does that make sense? If they are remodeling, why are they selling that room, why do they have photos up, and why is only the plug missing? Posting photos but saying you can’t use them is consumer deception. We used it anyway because we had no choice, and the next morning at checkout I looked into the other rooms and saw that they all had drain plugs, lol. I was speechless. A place that gives excuses and lies instead of apologizing. If they had apologized, I would not have written this review. Why did I pay that money to use this place? I am so angry. We couldn’t change rooms late at night so we used it as is, but I’ll never go back. Take note. Thanks to them, my trip ended with me being furious.
