Next to the motel building, there is a restaurant on the 1st floor (spicy braised chicken) and a screen golf course on the 2nd floor (24 hours).
Parking is available for up to 100 cars at Union and the adjacent building.
Waterskiing is a 5-minute walk away.
Convenience store is a 2-minute walk away.
