As a small token of our appreciation to guests staying at M Hotel, we’ve prepared coffee, ice, snacks, and candy near the front desk. Please feel free to help yourselves. ^^

★ Free contact lens solution, lens cases, and hair wax!

Have you ever forgotten your contact lens solution, case, or hair wax and found it inconvenient? At M Hotel, we provide all of these items free of charge for your convenience. No need to buy them anymore—just come on in and enjoy them for free!

★ Wooden chopsticks and disposable cutlery are available in the lobby, so please feel free to

come down and help yourself. We also have bottled water in the lobby, so you can

take up to two additional bottles per room.^^

Basic Guidelines

★Important Notes for Room Use: No cooking allowed in rooms / No sparklers allowed!

Sparkling bath products are also prohibited

★ All rooms are based on an occupancy of 2 people; an additional fee of 10,000 won per person will be charged for any extra guests.

(Note: Depending on the room type, there may be occupancy limits, and even visitors staying for a short time will be charged. Please understand that check-in will not be permitted without payment of the additional fee.)

★ One parking space is available per room.

★ CESCO Installation and Hygiene Management: We ensure thorough hygiene management for our guests by outsourcing hygiene services to CESCO!

★ Please note that cancellations or refunds are not possible if check-in is denied due to failure to present a valid ID.

★ Information on Weekend Surcharges for Extended Stays

For consecutive night stays, an additional hourly rate applies on public holidays (excluding weekdays), the day before a public holiday, and on Saturdays and Sundays.

Please be sure to pay this additional fee.

Reservation Notice: Room rates are based on double occupancy; for special rooms such as party rooms, please verify the number of guests directly with the partner establishment. Please confirm with the partner establishment whether minors are permitted to stay before proceeding with your reservation. Cancellations or refunds are not available for check-in refusals resulting from reservations where minors are staying alone. If a cancellation occurs due to circumstances at the partner property, a 100% refund will be issued. Room information is subject to change at any time due to circumstances at the partner property. We are not liable for any disadvantages resulting from such changes.
