This is the perfect location for staying on Wolmido. The ferris wheel is right next door, so it was great for taking the kids on various rides. When we arrived at the hotel, parking, room-use guidance at check-in, pool usage, and so on were explained very kindly, which was impressive. We had a comfortable and enjoyable time.
The bed was very bad, there were only two pillows, cleanliness was zero. I'll pass on this place for my next trip.
Second stay. The water seemed lukewarm, and they did not turn on the heater so it was very cold when I went outside. After requesting more than three times, they finally turned it on.
• The entire hotel is non-smoking. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for smoking.
