In addition to the existing regular disinfection, we are implementing additional in-house disinfection to enhance the quality of hygiene management to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Frequently touched surfaces such as door handles (lobby entrance door, each room's door lock and handle, key cards, beverage refrigerators, warmers, microwaves, etc.) are regularly disinfected.

Additionally, hand sanitizers are placed at the front desk, self-bar, and inside elevators to actively participate in preventing the spread of COVID-19.

Pets are not allowed, and if discovered, guests may be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

For special rooms, party rooms, etc., an additional fee will be charged for each person exceeding the basic occupancy of 2 people.

Weekdays: KRW 10,000 per person / Weekends: KRW 20,000 per person ※ Mixed-gender groups of 3 or more adults are not allowed to check in.
