For reservations of two nights or more, room cleaning is mandatory once every two days.

However, cleaning times can be adjusted in consultation with the hotel; please note that if you refuse cleaning, you will not be permitted to use the room.

These operating guidelines are in place to address the challenges of ventilating and maintaining rooms after long-stay guests check out; please be fully aware of this policy before making your reservation.

Our hotel requires a mandatory inspection of all rooms prior to check-in. During the inspection, we verify the inventory list and check for any damage before assigning a room. Therefore, if damage is found during the checkout inspection due to the guest’s negligence, the guest is liable for compensation. The standard occupancy for all rooms is two guests; however, the maximum occupancy for each room type (subject to additional fees) is permitted. The additional fee for one guest is 20,000 won. Regardless of the reservation type or room category, occupancy by two or more people is not permitted. Please be advised that the hotel assumes no liability for reservations made without full awareness of this policy. Moving between rooms is prohibited, and sharing a room with three or more people is not allowed. If caught, you will be forcibly evicted, and no refund will be issued for this reason. If additional guests beyond the standard occupancy are admitted without authorization, you will be forcibly evicted, and no refund will be issued for this reason. (If, after the person who made the reservation has checked in, someone attempts to enter the room without permission or stays in the room temporarily, this will also be treated as a violation, resulting in forced eviction without a refund.) Extending your stay costs 10,000 won per hour; please contact the hotel in advance.

The operating hours for the Infinity Room are listed as the maximum available time, and actual hours may vary depending on closing times. The “Only Curve” room type does not allow for consecutive-night bookings. This room type is explicitly marked as “No Consecutive Nights.” Even if a reservation is made without noticing this notice, an additional charge based on the room type will be applied at the hotel. Please be advised in advance that the hotel bears no responsibility for this matter.
