For special rooms with a maximum occupancy of more than 2 people, mixed-gender groups of 3 or more are not permitted, except for family units.

In case of excessive damage to laundry (food, menstrual blood, cigarettes), wallpaper, furniture, etc., compensation may be requested. The use of tape for events, fireworks, or other fire hazards is prohibited, and you may be held liable for damage or fire after use.

When going out after check-in, please leave the card key at the front desk if possible. A fee may be charged for lost card keys.

If excessive noise occurs due to drinking or loud singing, you may be asked to vacate, and no refund will be issued.
