Room rates are based on the standard occupancy for each room, and for special rooms such as party rooms, direct confirmation of the number of occupants is required.
An additional fee may be charged at the property if the standard occupancy is exceeded.

Cancellations/refunds are not possible for denied admission due to reservations made by unaccompanied minors.
If cancellation occurs due to circumstances at the property, a 100% refund will be processed.
