Rules for Use of Facilities: Please be aware that you may face legal liability and penalties if you damage or remove any furniture, appliances, or other facilities.

Compensation will be required for any damage or destruction caused by activities such as using candles, dyeing hair, or throwing objects.

Lost items are kept at the hotel front desk. When a guest visits (or calls), we verify their stay status and describe the lost item; if the details match, we return the item.

Food items are discarded on the same day and are not stored beyond that day.

Please note that lost items will be discarded one month after the report if we do not receive any further contact regarding them.
