I come here all the time!!
For one night for two people at a PC motel, 50,000 won is cheap... but there was a strong cigarette smell, and one monitor was placed right under the TV so it was a bit uncomfortable. The room looked different from the photos... the room in the pictures looked a bit bigger. I know it is an old building so you have to take that into account, but the wallpaper was stained and the shower head sprayed water in all directions so it splashed my face when I showered. However, the staff at the front desk were very kind. Because I stayed three nights at a good price, I am leaving a 3-star rating. But I think I'll go to a different motel next time..ㅠㅠ I only come here because I'm broke and end up at a cheap place, but maybe I'll come again on a day I want to play computer games..?

If a parking reservation cannot be made due to the lot being full, you cannot check in on foot and then park later. (No refunds or cancellations allowed.)

During unstaffed hours, check-in is only possible with a physical ID (national ID card, driver’s license) or via Government 24.
Check-in is not possible using any other method, and identification cannot be verified with a damaged ID. Refunds will not be issued for this reason.
▶There are no PCs in the guest rooms, except in the high-spec PC rooms.
▶No pets, no children, and no minors allowed. Refunds will not be issued for violations of these policies.

When booking consecutive nights, you cannot make separate reservations for each individual night
EX) For a 2-night reservation, you cannot book Monday’s night separately and Tuesday’s night separately; you can book Monday through Wednesday (2 nights, 3 days) as a single reservation.
For repeat stays, payment must be made on-site.
For consecutive-night reservations, additional fees may apply depending on check-in time and day of the week (payable at the front desk).
Weekends are defined as Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays. (Please contact the property for details.)
Parking may not be available for large vehicles (e.g., SUVs, trucks, special-purpose vehicles, minibuses, etc.), and cancellations or refunds will not be granted for this reason. (You must contact the property before booking.)
Parking is not permitted before check-in time. Parking fees are 3,000 won per hour.
▶ ID verification is required upon check-in. Check-in will not be permitted if you do not present valid ID. Check-in is also not permitted for minors, even if they are part of a family group. No refunds will be issued for this reason.
▶ With the exception of Twin and 3PC rooms, all other rooms are for mixed-gender occupancy. For example, a room cannot accommodate 2 men and 1 woman.
▶ Please contact the hotel in advance regarding parking before check-in. Valet parking is available upon request.
▶ The standard occupancy for all rooms is 2 people. (Note: 3PC rooms are priced for 3 people.) The fee for additional guests is 15,000 KRW per person. In the event of unauthorized occupancy, (you will be forcibly evicted and no refund will be issued).
▶ If the parking lot is full, you cannot park your vehicle after making a reservation for a walk-in stay. No refunds will be issued for this reason.
▶ All rooms offer free access to 6 OTT services: Netflix, Disney+, TVING, Watcha, Apple TV, and YouTube.
▶ Loud noise or behavior that disturbs others will result in immediate eviction (no refund).
▶ Guests are 100% responsible for any damage to furnishings, bedding, or wallpaper.
▶ In the event of intentional damage to high-spec PCs or TVs, we will hold you civilly and criminally liable after retaining legal counsel. No leniency will be shown.

No refunds will be issued for forced eviction after 10:00 PM due to behavior that causes harm to others.
For PC rooms, refunds will not be issued if specific games do not work.

▶Room changes, cancellations, and refunds are not permitted 10 minutes or more after check-in. (Must be confirmed upon check-in.)
▶In the event of a cancellation due to circumstances at the partner location, a 100% refund will be issued.

For 3PC rooms with 3 or more guests, an additional fee of 15,000 won applies per extra guest (payable on-site).
▶ For 3PC rooms, a deposit of 30,000 won is required on Fridays, public holidays, and during peak seasons, and 50,000 won on Saturdays. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out.
If you cancel your reservation, the deposit is non-refundable.
