Peak Season Refund Policy (July-August)

No cancellation fee up to 10 days before the scheduled use date or on the day of contract signing

10% of the total fee deducted up to 7 days before the scheduled use date

30% of the total fee deducted up to 5 days before the scheduled use date

50% of the total fee deducted up to 3 days before the scheduled use date

80% of the total fee deducted for same-day cancellation of scheduled use date

Off-Peak Season Refund Policy

No fee up to 2 days before the scheduled use date

10% of the total fee deducted up to 1 day before the scheduled use date

20% of the total fee deducted for same-day cancellation of scheduled use date

Booking Notice

Reservation Notice: Room rates are based on double occupancy. For special rooms such as party rooms, direct confirmation of the number of guests is required. Please check directly with the affiliate regarding the admission of minors before making a reservation. Cancellations/refunds are not possible for admission rejections due to mixed-gender bookings involving minors. If a cancellation occurs due to the affiliate's circumstances, a 100% refund will be processed. Room information may change frequently due to affiliate circumstances. The company is not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from this.
