Owner? Why do you have to speak so... offensively? Seriously, why? Smoking is allowed and the value is good so I visited quite often. At first once or twice I thought I might be being overly sensitive, but every time I go I leave in a bad mood. The owner's tone feels like a smug, self-righteous consumer...? First, when something is wrong they just blurt out what they want to say all at once. If I try to explain the situation again because it's a different issue, they just repeat the exact same thing over and over and don't listen, so the problem never gets resolved and I only get more upset. They subtly switch to informal speech. They are much older than me and I've seen them a few times, so I thought maybe that's why, but switching to informal speech and being rude are different things; I'm not asking the owner to bring me ramen or anything, so why are they scolding me like that? Owner, from the perspective of a customer so far you have not come across as friendly at all — you just felt rude. Good value for money, and the computer works well. I like it.
