Considering the price range, I was unsure... but when you actually see it, it has everything and I don't really have any complaints. Even compared to nearby accommodations, it is not noticeably lacking, so I wonder if I'm just getting picky and can't be satisfied. In conclusion, it seems like a nice place to stay.
It was clean and tidy. Two bottles of water were nice, but I think it would have been even better if there had been a small canned drink, juice, or coffee. Various notices and precautions were well posted in the elevator. The owner was also friendly.

Quiet and parking is convenient.
The soundproofing is so poor that I couldn't sleep at all. The accommodation is extremely clean and very nice.

on the rear parking lot patio on the first floor.
○ Minors are not permitted to stay, and no refunds will be issued if you refuse to present identification or fail to bring it with you.
○ When ordering food delivery, please include chopsticks and spoons in your order, and
dispose of any leftover food in the food waste bin located in the rear parking lot on the first floor.
○ Dyeing hair in guest rooms is prohibited. If pillowcases, sheets, or other items are stained,
you will be held liable for compensation.
○ Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to facilities during their stay,
so please use the facilities with care.
○ Please refrain from excessive noise, drinking, and loud behavior.
○ A fee of 15,000 won per person applies for exceeding the standard occupancy or requesting additional bedding.
○ Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. A late check-out fee of 15,000 won per hour
applies for late check-outs. Please adhere to the check-out time to accommodate the next guests.
