Overall the room was clean, but I went to bed late and missed the checkout call. Then suddenly they opened the door with a master key and came in. I said I would pay the extra fee when leaving, but they started showering me with insults like "son of a b****" and so on. I felt bad so I paid the extra fee right away and checked out. No matter what, calling once before checkout and then accusing me of lying because I didn't answer—what is that supposed to be? It's not like I wouldn't pay; I was only about an hour and a half late. Looking at other reviews, this seems to happen often. If you want to run a business, shouldn't you hold back a bit? I came to rest but left feeling upset. I did pay the extra charge, yet they opened the door with a master key, shouted, and cursed at the guest—it's really unpleasant to see. Even after I said I'd pay and leave, they kept swearing, so what was I supposed to do? As a guest, I really do not want to return to this motel. No matter how clean the room is, I can't give stars because of that owner or staff member. You must notice this if it's more than one review. Insulting guests and making a hand-raising gesture—what are you doing? Even when I told them to stop, they continued to swear. I was shocked; this is the first time this has happened. I probably will never go again. Well, the cleanliness is fine, I guess.
