The parking space is a bit tight, but I only go here.
If the parking lot is full, the Rodeo parking lot is available (ask at the front desk).
Please be advised that pets are not permitted at our Phil Hotel,
and guests found in violation of this policy may be asked to check out.
If the number of guests exceeds the standard capacity, an additional fee of 10,000 won per person will apply.
Check-out is at 1:00 PM on weekdays and weekends (including public holidays).
Usage Guidelines
We apologize to our day-use guests, but the microwave may only be used for defrosting ice.
A simple kitchenette is available next to the counter on the 7th floor
(Breakfast / Late-night snacks provided)
State-of-the-art coffee machine (Americano/Espresso)
Ice maker (unlimited ice available)
Toaster (toast a quick slice of bread during breakfast hours!)
Self-service Fried Eggs (You can fry your own eggs)
Ramen or Instant Ramen Cooker (You can enjoy ramen during late-night snack and breakfast hours)
Cereal provided (Milk available in the refrigerator)
Breakfast: 7:00 AM–9:00 AM
Late-Night Snacks: 9:00 PM–12:00 AM (Ramen only / Cup Noodles / Instant Ramen Cooker)
※During other times, only coffee and the ice machine are available!
Netflix is available on the smart TVs installed in all rooms!!
(You can use YouTube and other platforms with your personal account.)
※We will seek compensation for damages if the TV or PC is damaged!
If there is no charger in your room, please come to the front desk and we will lend you one!!
